Privacy by design: CoverPilot is a local-first application. Information entered into CoverPilot is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to CoverPilot, its developer, or third parties.

1. Information You Enter

CoverPilot allows you to record information relating to items such as vehicles, insurance policies, servicing, MOT dates, household cover and other renewal or expiry information.

This information is stored locally on your device. CoverPilot does not operate a cloud account or remote database for this information.

2. Data Collection

CoverPilot does not collect, transmit, upload or store your personal information on developer-controlled servers.

The developer cannot view the information that you enter into the app.

3. Data Sharing

CoverPilot does not sell, share or transmit user-entered information to third parties.

4. Device Permissions

CoverPilot does not require access to sensitive Android device permissions such as your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, location or phone data.

5. Local Storage

App information is stored locally within the application's storage on your device.

Because CoverPilot does not maintain a cloud copy of this information, removing the app or clearing its application data may permanently delete the information stored within CoverPilot.

6. Accounts

CoverPilot does not require you to create an account, provide login credentials or register personal details with the developer.

7. Advertising

CoverPilot does not contain advertising or third-party advertising networks.

8. Google Play

CoverPilot may be downloaded through Google Play. Google may process information relating to use of Google Play independently of CoverPilot. Such processing is governed by Google's own privacy policies and is not controlled by the CoverPilot developer.

9. Children's Privacy

CoverPilot is intended for adults managing insurance, vehicle, household and other cover or renewal information. It is not designed or directed towards children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if CoverPilot's functionality or data handling practices change. Any revised policy will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
